TVLV Beauty Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During peak seasons, promotional events, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will do our best to notify you by email.

2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is within 10 business days after the order has been shipped, depending on the destination and local carrier conditions.

In most cases, customers can expect to receive their orders within 10 days. However, shipping times may vary slightly due to customs clearance, local courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to selected regions and countries. Shipping availability may vary depending on your location. If your address is not eligible for delivery, you will be notified during checkout or after placing the order.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and the products ordered. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.

  • incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

TVLV Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance processes once the order has been dispatched.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at amaokk88@gmail.com. We will review the issue and work with the shipping carrier to assist where possible.
